Adam Frisch Campaign for CO-3 Grabs Headlines and Receives Outpouring of Support Following 2024 Announcement
Woody Creek, CO – The Adam Frisch campaign for Colorado’s 3rd congressional district raised half a million dollars since Tuesday’s announcement that Frisch would once again challenge U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert. The announcement came after Frisch’s incredibly narrow 546 vote loss in November against Boebert, who massively underperformed in deep-red CO-3 and shocked the nation.
“I want to extend my deepest gratitude to every single donor who has already contributed to this campaign. Whether you donated two dollars or 200 dollars, it is because of your generous support that we enter this race in a position of strength,” Frisch said. “The outpouring of support we have received this week is a testament to the fact that people in this district and across the nation are ready for Boebert’s angertainment circus to stop. The people of Western and Southern Colorado deserve a leader who will focus on the needs of the district to protect our water, create jobs, and achieve energy independence – not one like Boebert who is only focused on herself. I’m more confident than ever that we will defeat Rep. Boebert in 2024.”
In addition to surpassing $500,000 in fundraising since Tuesday, the campaign received donations from all 27 counties in the district and from all 50 states in addition to military donors, indicating widespread support and enthusiasm for Frisch in every corner of the sprawling 3rd district and across the country. So far, there have been over 12,300 individual donations.
Frisch held an in-person launch event with supporters in Pueblo on Wednesday, his first campaign stop on his first tour of the 2024 election cycle. Frisch logged over 24,000 miles traveling the district and holding public town halls during his previous campaign.

The Pueblo Chieftain: “Adam Frisch announces 2024 Congress run, potential rematch with CD3 Rep. Lauren Boebert”
Adam Frisch lost to GOP Rep. Lauren Boebert by less than 550 votes in a November election many pundits predicted would be an easy win for Boebert in a strong Republican-leaning district.
Less than three months after Frisch conceded to Boebert, the Democrat from Aspen is relaunching a campaign to represent Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District in 2024.
Frisch announced his run on social media Tuesday morning and held a launch event Wednesday at Pueblo’s Union Depot amid a snowstorm. He said he received more than $250,000 in donations in the first 24 hours after announcing his campaign.
“People want the circus to stop. They want someone to focus on the district, not on themselves,” Frisch said. He added that the issues in CD3, such as water, mental health, agriculture, and the importance of domestic energy, are not “red and blue.” READ MORE.
Politico: “Adam Frisch, who lost the closest House race in the country to Lauren Boebert, is back for a rematch in 2024.”
Frisch stunned the political world when he came up just 546 votes short against Boebert in a race not on the national radar and in a district that was made more Republican-friendly during the redistricting process.
The seat was not on the radar of the national parties as a possible battleground during the 2022 cycle, but will surely attract more attention and resources in 2024 given Boebert’s firebrand persona and national profile. The sprawling, mainly rural district covers all of western Colorado and much of the south of the state. READ MORE.

Frisch, a former Aspen city council member, surprised many by coming within 546 votes of unseating the controversial incumbent last November in a newly redrawn congressional district 3 that on paper has a +9 point Republican lean…
Boebert, meanwhile, has started the new congress focused on oversight of the Biden administration, from its handling of the COVID-19 pandemic to alleged suppression of conservative speech on social media.
She was also one of 20 GOP holdouts when it came to electing Kevin McCarthy as Speaker of the House, delaying the work of the House for about a week. READ MORE.
